Location

 

Situated in a peaceful valley only 1.5 km from the village of San Miguel in the north of Ibiza. In San Miguel there are some local restaurants, two supermarkets, banks, pharmacy and a beautiful church above the village. Ibiza town is a 25 minutes’ drive and 30 minutes to the airport. The closest beach is a 15 minutes’ drive away; Benirras beach and San Miguel port.

 

Living room and Kitchen

 

This old farmhouse has been well taken care of and renovated to host summer guests as well as the owners that live here during winter months. Set over two levels the houses offer a cosy living with all that you need, living room with fireplace and sofas. A fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kitchen and dish utensils.

 

3 Bedroom and 3 Bathrooms

 

The property has 3 bedrooms (2 with own bathroom) and can sleep 7 guests and 3 bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a large double (Queen size) bed (190 x 150cm), built-in wardrobes and a large en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi and shower (hydro-massage), bidet and toilet. Bedroom 2, has two single beds and built-in wardrobes. Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds, built-in wardrobes and a large en-suite bathroom with bath, bidet, dressing table and toilet. The bathroom is with Jacuzzi and hydro-massage shower cabin. The living room has a comfortable double sofa bed that can sleep one person. The third bathroom has a toilet and shower and with access to the utility room with the washing machine and clothes dryer.
